Aldar Properties Posts Higher H1 Attributable Profit, Revenue

12:35 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aldar Properties (ADX:ALDAR) said Wednesday that attributable profit for the first half increased as revenue and rental income rose year over year. Profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended June 30 was 4.20 billion Emirati dirhams, compared with 3.61 billion dirhams earlier. EPS moved to 0.529 dirham from 0.453 dirham. The Abu Dhabi-listed property company's revenue and rental income totaled 16.84 billion dirhams, compared with 15.53 billion dirhams a year ago.
