Compagnie des Alpes Invests EUR20 Million for 34% PadelCity Stake

11:50 PM EDT, 07/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Compagnie des Alpes (CDA.PA) said Tuesday it completed a 20 million-euro investment to acquire a 33.9% stake in Germany-based padel center operator PadelCity Group. The Paris-listed ski resort operator purchased existing shares from former PadelCity shareholders for 8 million euros and subscribed to a reserved capital increase of 12 million euros as part of the transaction. The transaction also gave the purchaser the option to grow its ownership of PadelCity to up to 75% in early 2028 and 100% by the end of 2030.
