ProMedEx Upsizes Credit Facilities Agreement to SAR60 Million

(SASE:9574), or ProMedEx, renewed and upsized its Sharia-compliant credit facilities agreement with Saudi Awwal Bank, according to a Tuesday release. The aggregate limit was increased to 60 million Saudi riyals from 45 million riyals for one year. The Saudi Arabia-listed medical devices distributor will use the funds to buy goods, meet its obligations linked to letters of credit and import bills, and issue bank guarantees and standby letters of credit.
