Administrative Court Preserves SAR42 Million Execution Claim Against Batic Investments Unit

03:13 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- An Administrative Execution Court in Saudi Arabia on Sunday ordered the preservation of the Al-Qassim Region Municipality's 42.2 million-Saudi-riyal execution claim against a unit of Batic Investments and Logistics (SASE:4110), according to a Monday filing. The court ordered the preservation of the enforcement after being informed by Smart Cities Telecommunications and Information Technology Solutions Co. that it filed an objection with the Supreme Administrative Court seeking to overturn the judgment and annul the enforceable instrument. The execution claim was issued to Smart Cities Telecommunications after the municipality ended its contract for the leasing, development, operation, and maintenance of smart parking facilities in Buraidah, Saudi Arabia, in February 2025.
