Nostrum Oil & Gas Launches Offer to Redeem $30 Million of Senior Notes Due 2026

The oil and gas company opened the offer on July 24, according to a same-day filing. The notes are part of an original issuance worth $250 million, with $244.4 million outstanding as of offer launch. The redemption offer will run until Aug. 21, and settlement is scheduled in three days once the transaction takes effect.
