Al-Jouf Agricultural Development's Board OKs Share Subscription Deal with AlMunajem Foods

The agricultural development company said Sunday that the board also approved the chairman's delegation to execute the agreement, which is still subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. The subscription agreement is related to Almunajem Foods' plan to acquire a minority stake via a capital increase.
