Technology Minerals Raises Funds via Retail Share Offer

08:47 AM EDT, 07/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Technology Minerals (TM1.L) raised gross proceeds of 32,564 pounds sterling through a retail share offer launched on Tuesday. The UK-listed minerals explorer will issue 65,129,280 ordinary shares at 0.0005 pound each, the same price as a related share placing and subscription, according to a Friday release. The new shares are expected to start trading on July 29.
