Metacon Issues Warrants to Fenja Capital Under Financing Deal

05:26 AM EDT, 07/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Metacon (META.ST) said Wednesday it issued 54,142,714 warrants to Fenja Capital II as part of a convertible loan agreement linked to the former's recent rights offering. The warrants were issued at no cost and may be exercised at 0.28 krona per share through May 31, 2031. The hydrogen production systems manufacturer expects to receive a capital injection of 15.2 million kronor before issue costs if the warrants are fully exercised. The convertible loan agreement provides Metacon with up to 35 million kronor in financing.
