RIT Capital Partners Prices GBP300 Million Share Tender Offer

05:20 AM EDT, 07/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RIT Capital Partners (RCP.L) set the price for its 300 million-pound-sterling tender offer at 26.8515 pounds per share. The London-listed investment company said Wednesday that the price represents 85% of the preliminary, unaudited diluted net asset value per share as of June 30. The company will purchase a maximum of 11,172,560 shares to meet the total purchase price of 300 million pounds. Shareholders will see 8.21% of their tendered shares accepted.
