Nextensa, European Investment Bank Sign Long-term Deal for Belgian Office Project

02:10 AM EDT, 07/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nextensa (NEXTA.BR) entered into a long-term usufruct agreement with the European Investment Bank for its Treemont office project in Brussels, Belgium. EIB Group plans to build its Brussels premises in the Rue Montoyer district, with relocation expected to take place in the second quarter of 2028, according to a Wednesday release. Under the agreement, the mixed real estate investor and developer will partially demolish the existing building and construct a new timber office building.
