Sunrise Communications Prices EUR500 Million of Senior Secured Notes due 2033

01:55 AM EDT, 07/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sunrise Communications (SUNN.SW) priced 500 million euros of 5% senior secured notes due 2033, according to a Wednesday release. Issued by Sunrise HoldCo IV, the new notes will refinance existing debt due 2029, including 3.875% senior unsecured notes in full and 3.625% senior secured notes partially. The Swiss telecommunications services company will transition to an all senior secured capital structure and extend its debt maturity with a weighted average life of 5.9 years. The issue is expected to close, pending customary conditions, on or about Aug. 3.
