Bigben Interactive to Offload Mobile Accessories Unit to Reduce Debt

01:01 AM EDT, 07/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Video game accessories company Bigben Interactive (BIG.PA) agreed to sell its subsidiary Bigben Connected to French mobility products company Modelabs as part of its debt restructuring process. The divestment of the mobile accessories designer will be completed after the receipt of antitrust and legal approvals, expected in autumn 2026, according to a Tuesday release. The consideration, which is yet to be determined, will not settle the company's total estimated debt of 68 million euros, and Bigben Interactive remains in discussions with creditors as part of conciliation proceedings expiring Aug. 4.
