Partners Group closed its fourth direct infrastructure program at more than $15 billion, marking the firm’s largest infrastructure fundraising effort to date and underscoring continued investor demand for private infrastructure.
The new program is more than 50% larger than its predecessor and is already over 40% committed across 11 investments. The portfolio is centered on themes including AI infrastructure, power generation and energy security as data center expansion drives demand for electricity and grid upgrades.
According to the firm, investors continue to seek infrastructure for its potential to provide stable, inflation-protected returns and downside protection amid an uncertain economic environment.
