(SASE:4017), d/b/a Fakeeh Care, closed the purchase of Dr. Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Fagih & Partners Co. for 1.6 billion Saudi riyals in cash, according to a Tuesday release. The target company adds a second hospital in Riyadh to the Tadawul-listed healthcare company's portfolio. The transaction is expected to raise Fakeeh Care's consolidated debt and gradually deliver operational efficiencies, cost synergies, and enhanced revenue opportunities.
