Bio-Gate to Raise Up to EUR2.2 Million From Private Placement, Rights Offering

01:15 AM EDT, 07/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bio-Gate (BIG1.F) will launch a private placement and a rights offering of up to 407,747 new shares, respectively, for 2.8 euros apiece, according to a Monday release. Gross proceeds of up to 1.1 million euros from the private placement are earmarked for short-term investments. The rights offering is scheduled from July 30 through Aug. 13, and its gross proceeds of up to 1.1 million euros will be used to enhance the company's financial flexibility for further investments. The German antimicrobial and antiviral technology company will also reduce its share capital through the consolidation of five shares into one. The new shares are expected to be listed on the Munich Stock Exchange's open market segment by Aug. 26.
