Ferguson Enterprises Delists from London Bourse

03:47 AM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ferguson Enterprises (FERG.L) canceled its secondary listing on the London stock exchange's main market on Monday, according to a same-day filing. The US-based plumbing and heating products distributor, which unveiled the plans to delist in mid-June, will retain its listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
