Alimak Group Finalizes Acquisition of Canada's Pro-Bel Group

05:17 AM EDT, 07/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alimak Group (ALIG.ST) completed its purchase of Canada-based fall protection and suspended access systems manufacturer Pro-Bel Group. The Swedish vertical access equipment maker will integrate the business into its facade access division, according to a Friday release. Alimak agreed to buy Pro-Bel at an enterprise value of CA$200 million on a cash- and debt-free basis.
