Elma Electronic Extends CHF10 Million Subordinated Loan Maturity

02:00 AM EDT, 07/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Elma Electronic (ELMN.SW) extended the maturity of its 10 million-franc subordinated loan to July 2033 from July 2027. The Swiss electronics company said Friday that the 2% interest rate and other terms of the loan remain unchanged. The private placement for the debt was executed in July 2012 with private investors.
