Cint Group Files to Delist from Nasdaq Stockholm

12:52 AM EDT, 07/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cint Group (CINT.ST) said Thursday its board applied to cancel the trading of its shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The research and measurement technology company filed for the delisting as its takeover by Triton Fund 6 and Bolero Holdings, through TriCarbs BidCo, nears completion. TriCarbs' ownership of the company has grown to 93%, and it is looking to initiate a compulsory squeeze-out for shares not already tendered in acceptance of its offer. Settlement is expected to begin on July 22.
