TA Associates Management Affiliate to Divest GBP30 Million of Eurowag Shares

12:47 AM EDT, 07/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bock Capital EU Luxembourg WAG plans to sell 30 million pounds sterling worth of shares in W.A.G payment solutions (WPS.L), d/b/a Eurowag, through a placing. The TA Associates Management affiliate currently owns a 17% stake in the payments and mobility platform, according to a Thursday release. The number and price of shares to be sold will be determined through an accelerated bookbuilding process and will depend on investor demand and market conditions. Peel Hunt is acting as sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner, while Wood & Co Financial Services is serving as joint bookrunner in the placing.
