Cherry SE Raises EUR10.1 Million via Rights Issue

The German computer input devices manufacturer issued 9,720,000 new no-par value bearer shares at 1.04 euros each against cash contributions from authorized capital, according to a Thursday release. As a result, the company's share capital will rise by 9.7 million euros to 15.8 million euros.
