Dubai Investments PJSC to Buy 80% Stake of Clemenceau Medical Center

The United Arab Emirates-based investment company's unit will acquire 55% of the interest from Khansaheb Investment and 25% from Clemenceau Medical Center SAL through a non-cash deal, according to a Thursday release. The acquisition, subject to regulatory approvals, aligns with the company's strategy to improve its healthcare portfolio.
