Sitowise Group Wins Regulatory Approval for Sale of Swedish Unit to Sweco

05:35 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sitowise Group (SITOWS.HE) received clearance from Sweden's competition watchdog Konkurrensverket for the sale of its Swedish unit to Swedish engineering consultancy Sweco (SWEC-A.ST). The Finnish engineering and consulting group said the latest approval marked its receipt of all necessary regulatory authorizations for the transfer of Sitowise Sverige. Completion of the sale is expected on July 31.
