Cewe Stiftung & Co to Buy Kodak Moments Retail Photo Solutions Unit in Carve-out Deal

04:54 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Photo service company Cewe Stiftung & Co (CWC.F) agreed to acquire Kodak Moments Retail Photo Solutions business from Kodak Alaris at an enterprise value of 88 million euros. The acquisition, which will be conducted as a carve-out transaction, also includes Kodak Moments' consumables production facility in the municipality of Windsor in Colorado, US, according to a Thursday release. Deal completion is expected in the first half of 2027, subject to various closing conditions, including antitrust approvals.
