Clean Power Hydrogen Raises GBP7 Million via Placing, Subscription, Retail Offer

03:41 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Clean Power Hydrogen (CPH2.L) raised 7.3 million pounds sterling in gross proceeds through a firm and conditional placing, conditional and director subscription, and a retail offer of new shares. The offerings comprise an issue of 169,333,333 firm and 40,666,666 conditional placing shares, 243,615,502 subscription and 666,667 director subscription shares, as well as 33,333,333 retail offer shares, according to a Thursday filing. The issue price for all offers was set at 0.015 pound apiece. The green hydrogen technology company will use the net proceeds to execute its revised strategy to transition into a capital-light model.
