Albion Venture Capital Trusts Target Up to GBP40 Million Prospectus Top-Up Offers

03:35 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Albion Crown VCT (CRWN.L, CRWC.L), Albion Enterprise VCT (AAEV.L), and Albion Technology & General VCT (AATG.L) are looking to generate up to 40 million pounds sterling from prospectus top-up offers of new ordinary shares in the fiscal 2027 tax year. Albion Crown will target raising 10 million pounds, while the other two venture capital trusts will each issue shares for up to 15 million pounds, with additional overallotment facilities for as much as 10 million pounds, respectively.
