Julphar Unit Wraps Up Sale of Omani Pharmacy Business

03:15 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries (ADX:JULPHAR), d/b/a Julphar, unit Planet Pharmacies, concluded the sale of its Scientific Pharmacy business in Oman. The completion follows receipt of all required governmental and regulatory approvals, the Abu Dhabi-listed pharmaceutical company said Thursday. Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries sold the Scientific Pharmacy business and the Health First pharmacy chain in the United Arab Emirates to Al Batha Healthcare Group.
