Digi Spain Telecom Shareholder Sells Additional Shares in IPO

01:17 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Digi Spain Telecom's sole shareholder on Wednesday sold an additional 26.8 million new shares under Digi Spain's initial public offering for 150.1 million euros. As such, the company's share capital increased to 29.7 million euros, according to a same-day release. Digi Spain's shares are expected to commence trading on the Spanish exchanges on Thursday. The stock will be listed on the Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid and Valencia stock exchanges.
