DCC Extends KKR, Energy Capital's Firm Offer Deadline

12:15 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DCC (DCC.L) granted a one-day deadline extension to the consortium comprising KKR and Energy Capital Partners for a firm offer. The deadline, previously extended to Wednesday, has now been extended to Thursday. Multi-energy sales and distribution company DCC noted in a Wednesday filing that the Irish Takeover Panel accepted its request for the extension. DCC added that there is no certainty that a firm offer will be made.
