Intrum Unit Prices EUR525 Million Senior Notes Offering

11:31 PM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Intrum (INTRUM.ST) unit Intrum Investments and Financing priced its offering of 525 million euros of 7% senior secured notes due 2031. The Swedish credit management services company expects to close the offering on or around July 24, subject to customary closing conditions, according to a Monday release. The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The proceeds from the offering will be used to fully redeem outstanding euro- and krona- denominated 8% senior secured notes due 2027.
