Brain Biotech Secures EUR9 Million Revolving Credit Facility

07:29 AM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Brain Biotech (BNN.F) said Monday it signed a revolving credit facility worth 9 million euros with MP Beteiligungs. The credit line, which will be valid until Dec. 31, 2028, carries an annual variable market-conform interest rate of six-month forward Euribor plus 233 basis points. The food and life science-focused specialty enzymes developer will use the financing for scheduled debt services and general corporate funding.
