Banijay Group Closes Banijay Entertainment-All3Media Merger

12:24 AM EDT, 07/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Netherlands-listed content production and gaming company Banijay Group (BNJ.AS) said Thursday it completed the merger of Banijay Entertainment and All3Media. The merger was agreed with RedBird IMI, a joint venture backed by RedBird Capital Partners and Abu Dhabi's IMI. Banijay Group and RedBird IMI each own a 50% stake in the combined entity, which will operate as Banijay Entertainment. The deal is expected to deliver 50 million euros in cost synergies within one year of closing.
