Zwahlen et Mayr Obtains SIX Exchange Regulation's Nod to Delist Bearer Shares

12:02 AM EDT, 06/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Zwahlen et Mayr (ZWM.SW) said Tuesday it received approval from the SIX Exchange Regulation for the delisting of all its bearer shares on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The exchange regulator decided on the matter on Monday, determining that the delisting will take effect on June 29. The stainless steel and nickel alloys tube producer said holders of its bearer shares will receive 147.10 francs in cash per bearer share pursuant to the delisting. Settlement is expected by June 26.
