12:01 AM EDT, 04/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pernod Ricard (RI.PA) said Wednesday it completed the divestment of its Mumm sparkling wine business and its Kenwood winery operations in the US. The French wines and spirits company sold its Mumm activities to Trinchero Family Wine and Spirits. The transaction included Mumm Sparkling California, Mumm Napa and DVX. The champagne segment of the business was excluded. Meanwhile, Pernod Ricard also closed on the sale of its Kenwood winery operations in Sonoma, in the US state of California, to sparkling wine producer F. Korbel & Bros. The transaction covered 20 acres of vineyards, production facilities, a visitor center and trademarks associated with the winery. Pernod Ricard said the disposals support its strategy to focus on its premium international spirits and champagne brands.
