Vidrala Buys Chilean Glass Container Manufacturer Cristalerías Toro for EUR75 Million

12:01 AM EDT, 03/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Spain-listed glass container manufacturer Vidrala (VID.MC) completed the acquisition of Chilean peer Cristalerías Toro for an enterprise value of 75 million euros. The acquired company will operate under the name Vidrala Chile going forward, according to a Monday release. The acquisition was agreed in December 2025.
