Bajaj Mobility's Unit Secures EUR550 Million Loan

12:00 AM EST, 02/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bajaj Mobility (PKTM.SW, PKTM.VI) unit KTM secured a 550 million-euro unsecured loan from an international banking consortium. The five-year loan will be used by KTM to refinance its 450 million euros of existing debt with Bajaj Auto International Holdings, the motorcycle manufacturer said Thursday. The financing carries a mid-single-digit percentage range interest rate. Bajaj Mobility added that the loan agreement marks the completion of KTM's refinancing measures.
