Vinci Wins EUR144 Million Drinking Water Pipelines Contract in Jamaica

12:02 AM EST, 02/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Construction and concessions company Vinci (DG.PA) won a contract worth 144 million euros for drinking water pipelines in Jamaica, according to a Monday release. Under the project, Vinci will design and build 68 kilometers of wide cast-iron pipelines. The contract was awarded to Vinci Construction Grands Projets by Jamaica's National Water Commission as part of the first phase of the country's Western Water Resilience Programme. The work is scheduled for completion in 2029.
