Transparency notification by Millennium International Management LP

In accordance with article 14, § 1 of the law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major holdings, Umicore was recently notified by Millennium International Management LP, Millennium Group Management Trust, Millennium Group Management LLC and Israel Englander that they have crossed the legal threshold of 3% for the equivalent financial instruments downwards on 30 December 2025.
