MTU Aero Engines Issues EUR600 Million in Convertible Bonds Due 2033

12:08 PM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- MTU Aero Engines (MTX.F) issued 600 million euros worth of senior unsecured convertible bonds due July 15, 2033, according to a Thursday release. The initial conversion price for the Frankfurt-listed new bonds will reflect a 47.5% premium to the reference share price to be set by the German aircraft engine manufacturer later on the same day. Settlement of the private placement is anticipated by Jan. 15.
