Cereno Scientific to Raise SEK5 Million via Arena Investors' Warrant Exercise

06:29 AM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cereno Scientific (CRNO-B.ST) is set to receive 5 million kronor after Arena Investors exercised warrants issued under a financing agreement signed in November 2024. Arena Investors requested the exercise of 728,957 warrants of series 2024/2029, according to a Thursday release. Each warrant allows the subscription of one new class B share of the Swedish biotechnology company at 6.82 kronor each until April 30, 2029. The new class B shares are currently being registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
