Nationwide Building Society Names Experian Chair to Same Role

03:29 AM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nationwide Building Society (NBS.L) named Mike Rogers as chair of the company, Virgin Money UK (VMUK.L), and Clydesdale Bank to succeed Kevin Parry. The British lender noted that Rogers will join the company as deputy chair on April 1 and assume the chair role on July 16. The appointment is subject to approval at the company's annual general meeting on July 15. Rogers will join from data and technology company Experian (EXPN.L), in which he served in the same role. In a separate same-day release, Experian said that Rogers will leave the position after the end of its July 22 annual general meeting.
