Computacenter to Purchase US' AgreeYa Solutions

03:04 AM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Computacenter (CCC.L) agreed to buy US-based software and information technology services provider AgreeYa Solutions. The transaction, which also includes AgreeYa Solutions' Indian unit AgreeYa India, values it at an enterprise value of up to $120 million, according to a Thursday filing. The technology and services provider will fund the deal, which is expected to be immediately accretive to its earnings, from its existing cash resources.
