Canaccord Genuity Asset Management Sells 500,000 Idox Shares

10:16 AM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Canaccord Genuity Asset Management said Wednesday it sold 500,000 shares in information management software company Idox (IDOX.L). The sale of the shares represents a partial withdrawal of the letter of intent that Canaccord signed in October 2025 to support Frankel UK Bidco's takeover offer of Idox. About 9,980,000 shares are still covered by the agreement. Frankel UK recently switched to a takeover offer for Idox instead of a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement to up the certainty of the deal's execution. The 339.5 million-pound-sterling cash offer has a long-stop date of June 30.
