Dovre Group Says Unable to Pay EUR6 Million Guarantee Liability

05:25 AM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dovre Group (DOV1V.HE) said Wednesday that it is unable to settle the 5.5 million-euro payment demanded by Nordic Guarantee Insurance under a guarantee facility agreement. The payment, which is due on Jan. 12, is based on a performance bond granted to Alight Ukko. The renewable energy project developer added that it is evaluating the possibility of applying for corporate restructuring proceedings amid its risk of insolvency.
