Atlas Copco Buys US-based Air Compressor Works Assets

03:13 AM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Atlas Copco (ATCO-A.ST, ATCO-B.ST) said Wednesday that it acquired the assets of US-based Air Compressor Works Inc for an undisclosed price. The purchased assets and the Florida-based company's 50 staff will be integrated into the Swedish industrial tools and equipment manufacturer's compressor technique business area.
