German Monthly Retail Sales Fall 0.6% in November 2025

02:12 AM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Germany's retail sales dropped 0.6% month over month in real terms in November 2025, following a revised 0.3% rise in October 2025, according to data from the Federal Statistical Office published Wednesday. Analysts expected a 0.2% increase for the month. On a yearly basis, Germany's retail sales were 1.1% higher, compared with the revised 1.6% growth earlier.
