HgCapital Trust to Invest GBP93 Million in Financial Software Developer OneStream

The investment will be made through the Hg Saturn Fund alongside other institutional clients of the British investment trust's manager, Hg. The investment, terms of which were not disclosed, will reduce the trust's outstanding commitment to Hg transactions to 1.7 billion pounds.
