Sparebanken Norge Mulls Additional Tier 1 Bond Offering

06:28 AM EST, 01/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sparebanken Norge (SBNOR.OL) said Tuesday it is considering issuing Norwegian krone-denominated additional tier 1 bonds. The Norwegian lender enlisted Danske Bank, DNB Carnegie, and Norne Securities as joint lead managers for the offer. It added that the timing of the placement is contingent on market conditions.
