Saudi's MIS to Invest SAR24 Million in Vision Bank Unit

The transaction is part of Vision Bank's planned capital increase to 3 billion riyals from 1.5 billion riyals, subject to regulatory approvals, according to a Monday filing. In 2021, the information technology services company established the Saudi-based digital bank with a consortium of commercial entities and pledged a capital investment of 25 million riyals.
