Inmar Gets SAR21 Million White Land Charges Notice

04:44 AM EST, 01/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Inmar Co. for Real Estate Development and Investment (SASE:9521) received 21.2 million riyals in white land charges over its properties in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, according to a Sunday release. The Saudi real estate group is of the view that the plots do not fall under the white land category as they are under development. Formerly called Enma Al Rawabi Investment & Real Estate Development, the company will recognize the fees as financial liabilities.
